please check: yondu SP1 cannot healblock The Champion in the Event quest

is there any reason why i cannot put healblock with SP1 yondu for the champion in the current event quest?
I dont know if it is a bug or just reducing ability from the champion but I experienced it everytime
so i cannot place healblock to him. FYI my yondu is unduped 5*

im using android version 6.0.1
latest updated MCOC version

If youve got a nullify champ just do that, removes his persistnet charges and makes him easier to fight. Scarlet witch is good
