Although the thread has been closed, I was one of the players affected and I also have the screenshots to prove it. I was literally 4 nodes away from finishing the last lane. Kabam's compensation was too generalised and was given out to anyone running any quest with the Symbioid at the time of the timer's early reset.
In short, the goalpost was moved and those of us going for the 'ultimate reward' were left shortchanged and out in the cold. We were abiding by the rules and were on track to finising the event quest within the alloted time.
I am in a similar position as users 'FEANORKND', '노보노33145' and 'SEEKER1458'.

It is a combined matter of Time, Money, and now In-game Progression to my and those few others affected above's accounts that made me re-login (I have not posted here since they gave the free 3* character away years ago for signing up to the forums)
My in game name is KyoKyocErA and I have easily spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on this game but I strongly believe this is violating the terms and services agreement. We followed the in game rules - and the timer was reset. We should be given completion AND exploration rewards to be on par with where we otherwise would be. It's too much of a setback to lose T5b and T2a shards on a monthly event, even one event affects this.
Please address this and not sweep it under the carpet. 3x Occult Lab crystals does not equate to Exploration rewards. Far, far, far from it!
