CAIW not stopping unstoppable.

Please explain?
Am i missing something here?
I thought i noticed it when fighting the champion earlier.
But just noticed it again while fighting and Uc in act 5. CAIW is not stopping unstoppable while he is charged.

It says he nullifies the unstoppable buff if kinetically charged lol

yeah i just re-read it...
i thought when i read it previously it said something else. I dont remember reading the word nullify before.
but there you go....
it certainly seems i was missing something.
