Vulture has a bad hurt box. If you charge him to quickly after avoiding his heavy attack your character bounces backwards and no hit is registered. This leaves you wide open to the ai punishing you.

    It's one of his abilities, if he dodges one of your attacks, your next hit will miss in the same way as it does when you fight hood during invisibility.

    i never had this problem. well, once i realized his heavy has two parts. then it was one of my favorite times to attack.

    but it is easy to fall into patter.

    1) hit 4-5 times to get him to L1.
    2) Bait L1 and evade it.
    3) rush in while he is putting his wings back on
    4) go back to 1

    errr what? Think you misunderstand.

    I bait his heavy attack out and when the second part of his heavy attack is over I charge back in. Instead of hitting him my characters attack goes right through him and my character is pushed backwards and no damage is registered.
