Yea those champs are able to do it

yeah u could easily do it with much less....

all that being said depends on your skill...
i know i did act 4 with my 3/30's for initial completion.

EASY

Just bait Maestro's sp1 and evade his last pewpew.

Blade should be able to solo him.

Personally I try to push Maestro to his sp2, way easy to dodge and more room for error
