I think Angela is the best out of that lot if they're all unawakened.
Although a case could be made for Ultron or Crossbones, depending on your needs I guess.

There's nothing wrong with sw,cb, Thor or Ultron, of course they get way better duped but that goes for any champ. Sw is one of my favorites as a 4* just duped her last week and now she's duped she's amazing she was ok unduped

Why would any of those need a buff? Two from your list are so powerful according to kabam that they’re not even available as a 5*.
