Which game mode is good to practise intercept and evade?

I took too long to learn parry and stun is unhelpful for higher difficulty content. So have to take time to practice intercept and evade.

Which game mode is best to do this?

I don’t practice intercepts in arena because I notice start of the grind the AI is different and more I’m uour favor than ROL and whatnot

agreed!AI behaviour is different in arena,opponents mostly act to close the gap between you 2
In AW AQ and events AI tries to widen the gap for dash attacks
