Special Crystal

Anyone know how to access the special crystals? Keeps saying I have two but can't select that tab.

I've obviously already tried that. I said it won't let me select it.

restart the game? or maybe you have to be a certain level to get those? idk

When I turned the game back on this morning, I was able to select them. Nothing changed between last night and today, except time.
