4* duped hood or 5* dormammu

I'm on 5.1.6 and not sure which of these to rank up to help the most. I also have a duped 4* morningstar.

    I'd go Morningstar. Takes a couple of fights to ramp up but once you have 5 souls she's class.

    Just got enough to r5 my 4* recently duped magik, would you go her over Morningstar?
