Unknown error occurred - Not able to launch game

Hi, I'm getting an "Unknown error has occurred. Please try again later" message that is not allowing the game to launch in one of my devices. I even tried uninstalling the game and installing again, even rebooting the device, and the problem persists. Screenshot attached.
Is this a known issue? I see some old threads of this same issue but from nearly a year ago, which were apparently solved by a previous patch.
The device having problems is a Moto G5S Plus, running Android 8.1.0, please feel free to merge with the Android thread if you consider appropriate.
