Punisher 2099 vs ROL Wolverine?

Since I don't have a viable solution to ROL wolverine (guillotine), would punisher 2099's heal block be able to counteract wolverine's regen without running out of battery charge? Has anyone tried this before?

    Keep spamming sp1 if u ever run out of charges, wait till u get more charges, means don't hit him till u get a good high amount of em

    If he is max out 4* it is possible to take down even without heal block chance. Use attack boost & champ and max glass canonn, courage, assasin, crit, cruelty. . The damage by doing combo will kill him within 400 cap hit.

    But yea. Punisher 2099 also a probable option. Archangle, gulli or loki also.

    If you have a 3* Guillie that's also an option. The Ability reverses Healing all the same. It's just staying in the Fight that's the challenge.

    Hes 4/40 so its still pretty tough. If he were 5/50 I'm sure I would be able to.

    Its a sad world when you're in the game for about half a year and you still dont have even a 3* guilly. Might try the p2099 just for the sake of trying.

    Guillotine takes a little luck. If you cannot get him to stack regens before you hit him with the 2nd special or if you do not have enough souls when you do then you have to quit and start again. On my baby account it took me some extra revives to get him.

    yeah the thing is i have only a 2* guilly so its gonna be basically impossible. will try 2099 in the near future, will post result and efficacy of him later

    You can do it with 2 star guilly look up a youtube vid its possible. But Punisher 2099 should be able to work against wolvie
