Does heimdals true strike not work against passive evade?

It’s called true strike so even though the description says nothing about it, shouldn’t it work against evade champs? That’s like having 2 fury buffs but one doesn’t increase attack

Hey there, True Strike should prevent evasion. If it did not, could you let us know and include the information requested in the forum bug report template?
