Responding to emails sent by Kabam

Can anyone tell me how to respond to emails sent by Kabam and if I need to rewrite or email them back?

They sending you an email from their address that connects you with tech support by your ticket number. Just answer as to regular - reply on it :-)

As long as it is a message from a team member responding back to you, you will be able to reply to it. The only time you would need to create a new ticket is if it was about a different issue.
