Bans and LOL

We all know a ton of accounts cheated to complete LOL. My question is, are the numbers going to get recalculated? I'm wondering how many cheaters got Legend titles for being in the first 200 to 100% it. Asking for selfish reasons since I just finished it myself and I'd like that title.

100% LOL should be an automatic Legend title. It is by far the hardest content and most rare accomplishment.
