It shows the update date as 11/7/18 each time it refreshes as well. Just shows champ/aegon update info.

I have updated and all my event quests are there but some members of my alliance are missing some quests from the event quest section. Any idea what's going on here?

I'm on Android and everything is ok but I don't know what device the guys with the issue are using
