I have two 5*R4: Luke Cage and Hawkeye.
I have enough Cosmic t4c's to rank my r3 Captain Marvel or should I rank up my r2 Medusa with those resources and wait for the r4?
Same question with Cable who is r3 or should I use the resources for Rogue who is r2?
I am uncollected but need to start working on harder content.
