Awakening Taskmaster ?

So my reward feom champions clash was a 4* skill awakening. And since we are getting Taskmaster, I wanna ask you if he's worth ranking up and maxing out (I already have Blade and Gwenpool)

And TM needs the dupe to be useful

TM also needs a higher sig level to be useful. I would say if you already have Blade and GP, then definitely go for it either way, but the higher the sig level the better.
