Unit drop rate from battlechips

Anyone notice that the drop rate from battlechips dropped last month?
Is it just me or anyone else noticing.

Just got 225 units from 2 UC arena crystals

Finally duped 4 star punisher.

And pulled 165 units out of 20 battle crystals.

I noticed that too. I opened about 1mil uncollected crystals in different batches. Twice I got 0 units from opening 300k and 270k uncollected crystals. I talked to my alliance mates and they also complained about not getting units from UC arena crystals. Can't be a coincidence if most of my alliance mates complained about lower unit drop rates last month.
