Champion options for LOL (2018 update)?

With the introduction of lots of great champs this year, i want to know your opinions about LOL options.
Im aiming for LOL completion and aside from units + revives stash, which champs are good for it?
For example: duped Starlord, Starky Spidey, duped Blade, Domino with synergy, duped Carnage. Who else there is?
And a side question: should i just r4 a 5* champ that is not really relevant to LOL if LOL is my main goal for now (im planning CAIW and Killmonger)
