Capiw not stopping the unstoppable

I don't know what's going on but sometimes even after having the kinetic charges cap iw failed to stop juggernaut and later today unstoppable Colossus unstoppable buff. This is not happening always but randomly and sometimes. So just letting you guys know to check this out
