Medusa's second medium

in Bugs and Known Issues
I usually perform the combo MLLLM which usually gives me 2 aroma break on opponent,but now the combo only yields one armor break debuff. The second medium of combo is not giving armor break debuff,which makes it a lot harder for me to get armor shattered on L1.
Can u plz suggest some advice or is this issue only with me

    It is happening randomly, first time I encountered was in aw against sentinel on node 11, then again in event quest(champion,aegin one) .after that I stopped playing her as it was getting harder for me to put armor shattered on opponent.
    So after that I faced this again in hall of fortunes in last difficulty.
    But at the seat time when I was playing in skill quest for t3 catalyst it was normal but in the very next fight it didn't proc.
    I m confused as have I just wasted my resources on bringing her to r5. O have 4* undupe version

    just used medusa...that never happened
