Is he worth bringing up 3 ranks?

I would cause I enjoy playing him a lot. If he was good enough to be the AQ boss for 4 seasons then I’m willing to bet he’s pretty decent.

Dormammu is good for AQ, questing in mid to high game content, and has some uses in end-game content like Variant's Chapter 2.2 Ultron boss. Dormammu can be a beast when you work on intercepting and cornering techniques:
