Anniversary Title accuracy

Instead of giving me the new anniversary title they gave me the same one I recieved last year. Has anybody else had this issue?

Recieved Howling Commando again in stead of Ancient One

It shouldn't make a difference which title. Its a yearly reward. You should get the one up from the one you got last year.
