Parry, dexterity, blocking

I don’t think it working right at all right now. If you hold block my champs will be for a second then come right out of the block. Same with dexterity if use dexterity it’s like 50/50 chance that it false on you. Then parry seems to work about half the time

I have tried closing out the game and reopening it, still had the same issue.
I have tried to even reinstall it still didn’t work and restarting my device
