20 million alliance needs one

I have a guy that is too busy with work right now but is staying until we find someone. Full disclosure, we got Kabamed on the third war with long search times and couldn't find a match in time. Plat 2 is almost certainly out, but should still finish Plat 3. War rating is 2603 atm. Alliance prestige is around 8k. We run map 6 in 2 groups several days and 5x5 in the third. No event minimums.
