Honestly I don’t think it will be a skrull, that will probably be in February are March. Like I have said, it might be Mister Negative. This assumption his backed up by a quote from him in the new Spider-Man game. “The only way to defeat a monster, is to become one.” I know this game and Spider-Man are irrelevant, but the quote is similar to “this man. This monster”. The blue-white glow around him could also be a clue. Not to mention that Negative has powers like energy manipulation and “corruption”.

I’m also along with the thing theory but the knoll theory isn’t out of the picture maybe leading to the captain marvel event but the silver surfer has been confirmed to be coming so I lean toward the thing theory especially with that issue of the fantastic 4 with the words “this man this monster” on the cover with Ben Grimm in the center

Makes sense this was The Silver Surfer.

Norinn Radd, a humanoid astronomer, saves his planet from Galactus by becoming his Herald. The Surfer agreed to find other planets for Galactus to feed on. This kind of made him into a monster.

Surfing the Cosmos, The Surfer finds Earth, shortly followed by Galactus. This opens up

for all kinds of later content. Fantastic Four, Galactus, Dr. Doom, Kree, etc.
