Question about the current 6* pool

So I know they added HB, cival warrior, magneto, etc to the featured pool. Does anyone know for sure if they are currently in the basic pool? If they are new additions to the featured, they shouldn't have contaminated the regular pool yet, right?

if it is in the feature pool then it is not in the base pool. It goes not in pool -> feature pool-> basic pool. Everything in the feature pool currently should be added sometime around the beginning of march.

I believe the formula they are using is 6 featured champs (new), 6 older champs (not yet in basic pool), and 12 champs (already in the basic pool). I could be mistaken though.
