Hood r3

Hood has some interesting utility. I have a teammate of mine that uses him R4 a lot in AW attack. The stagger makes him a a solid Medusa counter. He can also avoid projectiles when invisibible (with 90% success). Ability Accuracy reduction on SP2 makes him very well rounded.
