Is winter soldier a good champ?

Recently pulled 4* winter soldier from 4*crystal, I was not having him before, So I dnt have any idea abt how he is and how he works?

If you have less than 6 4* characters, yes.

Well,kinda.With Killmonger he's great but without he's kinda lame.I fell like Winter Soldier got buffed because he's bleed seems better(at least for me).

Killmonger Winter Soldier Synergy: For every hit one the combo meter, Winter Soldier gets 2% increased attack. 100 hits=200% increased attack damage.
Dash back, hold block
Get Incinerate or Bleed one
Special 2 is good with these dash-back-block moves and adds hits to the combo meter

I have him as a 5* duped rank four and he has been a regular on my questing team until I pulled a 5* Gwenpool. He got me through a lot of content. Being duped, he can drain the power bars of his opponents. Helpful...

If you are fortunate enough to have a 6* Killmonger, WS becomes basically an alternative to Star Lord because that attack increase goes to 5% up to 100 hits, or 500% attack increase. Plus you add in his bleed, incinerate, and power reduction (if awakened) and he's a very solid champ.
