What happened to Miles Morales?

@Kabam Miike Can you give us some information about what happened with Miles Morales? I just noticed that my 4* 4/40 MM's PI just dropped from 4220 to 3966. Can we get an explanation what and why it happened in silent?
In fb groups i saw other people having the same situation. Please clarify it for us!
