L4 Alliance Health potions unusable

I bought two Level 4 Alliance Health potions for my alliance's current War. After purchase, I can't use them – the Heal screen shows I own 0 and wanting me to buy more, even though inventory shows 2. I'd really like to use what I bought before the War ends...

I've tried restarting, and also tried deleting + reinstalling the app. No change.

Then just restarted again, and everything works properly.

U can only use them one the top rigth side ther is lvl4 to. It just to show them u can buy them
