4* imiw is missing a synergy

Covert insight synergy is missing from 4* imiw... According to mcoc imiw champion spotlight it should be there. I noticed tonight. My 5* has it but the 4* doesn't... The info provided by mcoc on imiw spotlight says it does gave it
