Still cant talk in global or in friends/alliance chat

Its been almost a year since I could send messages in game, I have gotten kicked from several alliances because I never responded when in reality I could not. Can you please fix this?

I'm really sorry to hear this is happening. The best way to get help with this is reaching out to our Support Team. You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within MCOC. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
