UNFAZED NOT WORKING PROPERLY!?

Hey guys

So I took advantage of the recent reduced cost of Carb and Stony cores, and decided to unlock UNFAZED mastery to level4. However, I have done a number of fights to test it since, and theres no way its functioning at the 40% trigger rate as it states. I did some tests at lvl 1, and then at lvl 4, duelling a 6* NC with my sparky on all tests. Basically every time NC evaded, it should have had a % chance to trigger unfazed, and unstoppable. At lvl 4, it should be 40% chance. But at BOTH lvl1 and lvl 4, it only triggered on average once every 8 evades!

I remember one of the other masteries, Assassin I think, was bugged at one stage, and was only functioning correctly at levels 1 and 5. I have a feeling Unfazed may have the same problem. Can someone please investigate this? Because I must say Im not happy at spending on all those cores for a mastery thats not working correctly.

P.S I did post this in Bugs thread with nl response. So reposting here to get some clarity from Mods or see if any other players have had similar issues.
