Game Sharing and Blocking delays and lags

Why is it not allowed for me to be handed my lil brothers phone when he is in need of help with his masteries and or defeating a champ or to be taught something like i dont see how that would be wrong and also its been lagging sooooo much and im tired of it like i run the game on more then 2GB of ram so it cant be on my part and blocks are delayed like slowed down so rarely like hardly ever see a parry and its like the opponent moves faster and most of the time i will be holding down block and it wont go thorugh until the opponent attacks and then ingame chat it lags on sending messages and the ARENA CUT OFFS ARE TOO HIGH I WONDER IF ANYBODY IS GONNA READ THIS I DOUBT IT ...
