I did the new chilled event quest in epic mode but after the last fight in which I defeated Iceman I kept the game running unattended and by tge time I came back my phone was locked and when I opened it back again I was out of MCOC game, so now I don’t know if I got my reaward I deserve please check into it.

    As your fellow Summoner mentioned, you'll need to submit a ticket for this! You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within MCOC. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
