Who should I rank up ? Any input why would be really helpful. My roster isn't stacked so

If you're a whale and have units for revives, go dom. If you aren't, still go dom with heimdall as a reserve

run heimdall anyway but domino even unawakened bet out every other champ in the game for best option

Okay thanks I'll rank domino for now and maybe Heimdall next. I am also far from a whale the only $ I've spent was the $1 4* last year haha
