Kabam not responding correctly

Hi I already made a post about chat ban but it got closed due to kabam doesn't not responding correctly they just fob me off with same email but this is the only way to get a real response not the same email over & over I feel they don't even read my email just straight automatic ban .it says in email oh don't send post transmit any unsolicited content etc , as I said I have never done any such a thing ? Can someboby please respond to me properly & acctually help me ?

    You’re gonna get a forum ban. Just chill. You obviously did something wrong whether it was intentional or not. Just deal with it. It won’t be permanent.
