I already issue this problem
Due to your system problem,the 5star Symbiod was degraded before quest dead line
So you just have me some cristal which i did not know what they have
But you just spoke out it was enough
For this problem as reimbursement

But i spent 2000units with my hours

I can not accept your reply

Please give me correct reimbursement for it

He is talking about those 1* rank-5 Symbiote Pets from November that were reduced in power before the actual ending time of quests people may have still been in trying to finish (see OP's other threads). Kabam gave compensation (plenty of other discussion threads regarding that issue), guess he didn't think it was enough.
