50 cristals class 4, and no class 4 kathalysators

I got 50 cristals class 4 for free, and when i open them i don't see them in my iventory...
Do more people heve this issue?

They are Fragment Crystals.

Yeah i opend them and collected 2 class 4 kath's with the fragments but the kath's are not in my inventory...
