Cant get rewards in alliance gift event

I recently joined a new alliance, they where at milestone 1 of the gifting event, i did contribute 480 points at least, we are at milestone 3 now, but i cant claim the rewards, whats the poblem? Plz help

Maybe you just have to wait. There is a cooldown from when you join to when you can claim rewards.
