Dungeon friends rewards screen not loading

I just completed 6 rooms with the same friend. I go to load the page to retrieve the rewards and the page does not load properly. I tried reloading the game several times with no success. In this dungeon streak I successfully retrieved the PUG rewards, so it was not broken in the previous round of two days ago.

Any idea how to get the rewards elsewhere (not in the vault)?

I play ios on iPhone 8 If it matters.

    Very strange that I got no reply from anyone. The friendly Kabam support replied in a ticket that they switched it off for everyone because of an exploit vulnerability. Thank you for telling upfront...
