    Recovery would increase his regen when he drops to half health and 25% health. Willpower does not work on robots. Also your typical attack masteries: cruelty, precision, pierce, and glass cannon. I'd say deep wounds too since it will increase the bleed he deals occassionally.

    Well pierce, precission, cruelty, in exclusive tree deep wound in offence. In defence only one setting will help ultron, that is recovery. As maxed it will increase ultron's self repair by 15%. In utility stupify maxed will do. I found pacify, patrify only for PI boost, otherwise worthless (cause all the reduced ability is only for stunned period, it doesnt stop anything).

    Ohhh another thing, if you want to build suicidal setup, dont hasitate to make a dual suicidal (double edge and liquide courage) concerning Ultron. He will get it all without loosing anything.
