remove banned players from rankings

As the title says, you should remove the perms banned players from player rankings or set their prestige to 0. Just because it would clean up the toplists and would more likely tell the truth about what player base and alliances are still active.

It really should not matter though. There are alliances out there with people that have not logged in since last year. Only removing banned players and alliances really does not clean up the "rankings."
