I got a 2015 rankup skill stone but cant decide who i should r4!!
HE reliable powercontroller could be useful but WS have a strong synergy with killmonger (only have KM as a 3*)

hawkeye can power drain. winter solider needs a dupe to do that but its a low chance even so. go hawkeye as power drain is such a critical ability to have in this game
