Which Science 4 star should I R5?

I am planning to go Uncollected. Just finished Act 5.1.2. Who will be more useful? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I use him to take down the collector
after a 20% revive the low health give you high damage

you should prolly focus on ranking up that 5* HE(hawkeye) cause he does massive bleed damage and power drain. very useful for act 5 and to get uncollected
