I can't pull no new champions out of 3 stars or premium hero crystals

No matter how I try I still can't get anything from the Crystals I feel nervous when I let Crystal spin but when I get two stars I get mad and annoyed

Just pop open. If only 2*, move on. Same as with me.

The reel means nothing. As soon as u load the crystal into the spinner its already decided what u get
