    I used sp3 and there was no soul steal counter kind of thingy under the health bar.

    You lost the battle for his soul when he regenerated. And then the icon disappears.

    it was just after i used her sp3. no soul counter thing just that soul steal animation (red rays being emmited from her body)

    Taskmaster has ability accuracy reduction based on the number of unique attacks you used in a fight. He couldve had 40% on you when you used your s3.
