I have 5* Angela, Emma Frost, and X23 who is the best to upgrade and how far? Non of them are duped.

All of them are great, but emma frost would be better overall.

@KINGSRELM99 I'd say Emma, no question. Both are solid without, but Emma overall will take you further.
