Try restarting your game. If it isn't there, submit a ticket with support.

Hey there, as others have mentioned, if this occurs to you, you should first try shutting down your game and then restarting it. If the key still hasn't shown up after that, you can get in contact with our Support Team and let them know what happened. They can be reached form the game's home screen by clickign the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". They can also be reached here.
